Access to Aisclate workspace accounts is provisioned for business organizations. Authorized users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activities that occur under their assigned account.

You agree to use Aisclate services only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Aisclate software.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of our systems.
• Use automated systems to access or scrape our services without written authorization.
• Use the service to transmit fraudulent, misleading, or harmful communications.

5. AI and Automated Outputs

Aisclate products utilize artificial intelligence and automated logic to generate outputs, such as chat responses, product summaries, quotations, and administrative actions. While system rules are designed to align with customer configurations, automated outputs should be reviewed by qualified business personnel for critical, high-risk, or legal decisions.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate product catalogs, pricing rules, business policies, and communication directives. Aisclate is not liable for automated execution resulting from inaccurate customer inputs or misconfigured rules.

7. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Our services may interact with third-party platforms (such as messaging adapters, payment gateways, or communication providers). Access to and use of third-party services are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

8. Fees and Commercial Agreements

Commercial terms, service scoping, pricing, and payment obligations for Aisclate services are governed by custom commercial agreements executed between Aisclate and the customer organization.

9. Intellectual Property

Aisclate retains all rights, title, and interest in and to its software, branding, product designs, visual interfaces, trade secrets, and technology. Customers retain ownership of their proprietary business data and content submitted to the service.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect non-public business, technical, or operational information shared during the commercial relationship, exercising a reasonable standard of care to prevent unauthorized disclosure.

11. Availability and Changes

We continuously refine and improve our services. We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or update software features, provided that such modifications do not materially degrade established core functionality guaranteed in customer agreements.

12. Disclaimers

Except as explicitly provided in a separate written commercial agreement, Aisclate services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aisclate shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from the use of our services.

14. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate workspace access in the event of material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or security threats to our platform or other users.

15. Governing Terms

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the commercial laws applicable to business software services in our primary operating jurisdiction.
